Come and join Laura for some festive fun at The Hill Station Café (SE14 5TW) on Wednesday 17th December. She will be hosting the Jazz Vocal Open Mic alongside singing some of her favourite tunes with her trio.

Doors open at 7pm and the music begins at 7:30pm.


Tickets (which are only available on the door) are £10 or £8 for singers/concessions.

Join Laura Zakian and her trio at The Hill Station Café (SE14 5TW) on Wednesday 15th October 2025 (8pm) for an assured set of some of her favourite songs from the jazz canon and beyond, followed by an open mic. This is the first of a series of monthly open mics at The Hill Station.

“It’s always great to see singers progress. An important part of that process is about gaining performance experience and I wanted to help by extending my usual remit. The café is a brilliant local venue with a friendly, relaxed crowd. It’s a perfect place to gain experience and confidence. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”

Tickets (available on the door) are £8 or £5 for singers/concessions.

Laura Zakian returns to the PizzaExpress with an expansive journey through her favourite songs from the jazz cannon and beyond. Join accomplished jazz singer Laura and her trio for an assured and inspired tour of classic standards and jazz arrangements of pop melodies Expect a relaxed and uplifting session that is by turns familiar and intriguing, but always fresh.

For this set Laura will perform songs from her back catalogue of releases and will blend classic standards with her own compositions.
